Welcome to Ysgol Calon Lân – A School of Pure Heart

We are delighted to welcome you to the official website of Ysgol Calon Lân, as we begin our first term together. Following months of preparation, collaboration, and creativity, our new school is now open—and we couldn’t be more excited to start this journey with you.

Our school has been shaped by the voices of pupils, parents/carers, staff, and governors from both Crug Glas and Pen-y-Bryn. From choosing our uniform colours to contributing artwork for our school badge, our pupils have been at the heart of every decision. The result is a school identity that truly reflects our shared values and vision.

This term, we continue to operate across our three existing sites. While this presents some logistical challenges, it also gives us valuable time to align our systems and processes as we prepare to move into our brand-new, purpose-built school building. This future space will offer state-of-the-art facilities designed to support learning, wellbeing, and creativity.
